Time is your most limited resource. Do you want to spend it growing your organization’s impact (and financial stability), or reinventing wheel after wheel?
Our approach combines decades of experience consulting on business growth and development with clinical skills aimed at identifying and resolving core, underlying issues. Once we identify the source of the problem, we work with you to develop actionable plans unique to you to effect change.
What we won’t do is deliver a templated plan, filled with jargon and buzzwords, that will be forgotten moments after we present it.
What will you do then?
Honestly, it looks different for every client. Some clients only want periodic accountability and advising meetings (usually weekly or twice per month), while others are looking for in-depth change management services. And, of course, resources play a part in deciding what services best meet your needs today.
In all cases, we start off with assessment - usually interviewing key stakeholders and reviewing any appropriate documentation to get a well-rounded view of the challenges at hand. Afterwards, we present our findings with a focus on developing a “treatment plan” together. Identified challenges are prioritized, then tackled as you see fit.

One-on-one strategic consultation & coaching. Best for individuals looking to make personal changes for their own career growth and skills development. Minimum commitment of 3 sessions required.

Group sessions are best for small teams looking to collaboratively work towards meeting organizational goals.
*Price includes up to five attendees. Additional attendees incur additional cost of $50/attendee.

Quarterly (3 month) contracts include one group session/month, two individual sessions/month, and up to three additional hours of service time per month to be used as needed. Additional service time can be used for document reviews, additional sessions, or research.
